Our vision is to create a better workplace for everyone through radical transparency.
what we do
Equality Check is a community-based platform of employee reviews rating equality in companies. Our belief is that we can create a better workplace for everyone through increased transparency and accountability.
By using equality Check you are helping other people find a company they will be able to develop their career in.
Will you have opportunities and the ability to advance and grow, regardless of your gender, ethnicity, sexuality or age? We enable people to help each other avoid pitfalls and showcase the companies that are truly great places to work, regardless of your background.
Our platform is 100% anonymous- and your contact information will never be associated with your review.
Companies will benefit from becoming aware of how their current and former employees feel about their culture, and companies who score well will be able to attract the best talent from a diverse candidate pool. Companies are welcome to create a free or premium company profile, reply to reviews, showcase their commitment to the issue and what measures they take in order to improve.
