Marie is a medical doctor, and holds a PhD in surgery. In 2018, she quit her job as a senior surgical resident to work full time as CEO in Equality Check. Marie has been a strong voice in the medical #MeToo movement, and has taken several initiatives to improve work conditions at hospitals. She is a sought-after public speaker, and holds several board positions. She is also advisor for the organization Partnership for Change, and Politeknisk Forening. Marie is the co-author of the book Hvem Spanderer.

Isabelle has a Master of Science in Media Management from the New School in New York. She works actively to inspire young girls to chose technology through TENK: the technology network for women which she founded in 2015. She is faculty at Singularity University Nordic, host of the podcast Future Forecast and co-author of the book Hvem Spanderer.
Iver has a MSc in Computer Science from Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has extensive experience with complex projects and has held several technical talks at conferences in Norway. He is father of two, a boy and a girl, making him even more passionate about driving equal opportunities and eager to use technology as a driver to overcome unconscious bias and unequal treatment.

Linn has attained vast international experience from working and studying abroad for the past 13 years. Prior to joining Equality Check, she spent three years at CERN in their technology transfer section. She holds a BBA from Berkeley College, a MSc from the NTNU School of Entrepreneurship as well as executive studies through INSEAD's Gender Diversity Programme. Linn has been involved in a variety of innovation initiatives as project lead and business developer, in addition to her extensive experience within PR, communication and marketing.
Therese has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Oslo and McGill University. She has worked as a full stack developer for more than five years and believes that technology will play a huge part in creating a more equal and transparent future.
