Marie is a medical doctor, and holds a PhD in surgery. In 2018, she quit her job as a senior surgical resident to work full time as CEO in Equality Check. Marie has been a strong voice in the medical #MeToo movement, and has taken several initiatives to improve work conditions at hospitals. She is a sought-after public speaker, and holds several board positions. She is also advisor for the organization Partnership for Change, and Politeknisk Forening. Marie is the co-author of the book Hvem Spanderer.

Isabelle has a Master of Science in Media Management from the New School in New York. She works actively to inspire young girls to chose technology through TENK: the technology network for women which she founded in 2015. She is faculty at Singularity University Nordic, host of the podcast Future Forecast and co-author of the book Hvem Spanderer.
Iver has a MSc in Computer Science from Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has extensive experience with complex projects and has held several technical talks at conferences in Norway. He is father of two, a boy and a girl, making him even more passionate about driving equal opportunities and eager to use technology as a driver to overcome unconscious bias and unequal treatment.

Linn has attained vast international experience from working and studying abroad for the past 13 years. Prior to joining Equality Check, she spent three years at CERN in their technology transfer section. She holds a BBA from Berkeley College, a MSc from the NTNU School of Entrepreneurship as well as executive studies through INSEAD's Gender Diversity Programme. Linn has been involved in a variety of innovation initiatives as project lead and business developer, in addition to her extensive experience within PR, communication and marketing.
Therese has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Oslo and McGill University. She has worked as a full stack developer for more than five years and believes that technology will play a huge part in creating a more equal and transparent future.

Lars Magnus holds a degree in Brand Communication from Kristiania University College. He's got 15 years of experience in both marketing, digital design and product development. Lars Magnus strongly believes that turning data into actionable insights and great tools can help companies uncover biases and change behaviour for the better.

Nazmus (AKA Naz) did a BCL at Oxford University, specialised in commercial & financial law. Before joining Equality Check, Naz was an entrepreneur in residence in a global VC firm. He also worked as a legal and commercial consultant, helping companies stay productive and congruent with their organisational purpose and broader social context (ESG). In Equality Check, Naz has joined as the Country Manager UK to empower the UK workforce, accelerate equality at the workplace and scale our action and impact.

Merline is currently in her last year of the Bachelor’s program Idea & Innovation Management at the Erasmus Brussels University of Applied Sciences and Art in Belgium. Through her study she has worked on multiple projects helping to create an innovative train station, reducing the co2 levels in Brussels, and more. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her friends, listening to music and singing. In the future, Merline hopes to be able to contribute to a more inclusive society for all by creating a lasting impact. She is now joining Equality check for a few months as an intern.
