Who are you?

You are an experienced designer, preferably with front-end development proficiency, passionate about diversity and solutions-oriented with a laser focus on excellent user experiences and beautiful UI. Hopefully, you are just as driven to create beautiful UX and UI as well as contributing to making the world a more just and equal place. You are eager to understand our users needs, and push to create the best possible design to help build our user base exponentially.

What does that really mean?

For our B2C product that means to become a platform every employee has used, loved and found helpful. For our B2B clients we want to act as a crucial tool in understanding their organization from a D&I perspective and provide them with solutions to improve. We are currently based in Oslo, but you will be instrumental in adapting our product as we scale to Sweden and the UK this year. You will be joining our team of 10, and work closely with our marketing and tech team.

What the job entails

  • Manage and develop design for a scalable web application

  • Engage in user research to make sure we're building the right thing

  • Empathize with users to solve their problems through smart and delightful UX and UI

  • Elevate our brand impression through a fun, consistent and differentiating design language

Who you are

  • You are a self-driven designer who gets energy from understanding our users perspective

  • You love to talk to users and dig deep to identify pain points

  • You are comfortable with uncertainty in a thriving startup

  • You want to work in a small team, where both influence and responsibility are given

  • You are positive, solutions-oriented and see opportunities

  • You have the ability to collaborate well in a team

As our lead designer, you will be a crucial part of our team, collaborating particularly closewith the CPO and CTO. We firmly believe in autonomy, and your work schedule will be flexible to accommodate your life.

You have

  • 3+ years of experience and confidence in digital design

  • Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch

  • Bonus if you have experience with front-end development (html, css and javascript)

  • 3+ Experience with UX concepts, design thinking and user testing

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in work experience
